Terms of DELIVERY
All of our packages contain stickers promotional, subject to availability.
The packages are currently only sent by COLISSIMO against signature and submitted by the carrier to the USER on presentation of an identity document.
The ITEMS are shipped (to) address(s) of delivery that the USER(s) specified during the order process.
The USER sees to enter the complete delivery address without abbreviations, taking care to bring up her FAMILY NAME in uppercase and the telephone number preceded by its international code such as, for example : +33 000 000 000.
In case of absence, a notice will be left to the USER, to allow him to go get his package at his post office.
Any command available outside the european union is considered as an import and is, therefore, subject to customs duties and value added taxes additional, as applied by the country or State of destination. These customs duties & taxes are applicable in addition to the total amount of the order paid by the USER to the COMPANY. Before ordering, it is the responsibility of the USER to ascertain himself the conditions of importation as defined by the country or State of destination.
Orders are shipped at your risk and peril of the USER. Therefore, we encourage you to order multiple items in a single order to reduce the risk of damage. However, our cardboard packaging, reinforced double grooves, largely drawings by taping together have dimensions suitable for the packaging of your items so that they are properly protected (35X35X6 cm). Each time that we deem necessary, we do not hesitate to strengthen our packaging by the cross-ties of wood, cardboard and paper, or bubbles.

The COMPANY reserves the right to enable or disable the TERRITORIES according to its own prerogatives.
It is impossible to place an order for any delivery address situated outside these TERRITORIES.
Processing time and shipping

Time to treat, control, packing an order before shipment of ITEMS in stock are mentioned on the SITE.
Orders are usually processed, inspected, and shipped within two (2) days following the payment in full of the order and are exclusive of weekends, public holidays, holidays and force majeure.
Paid orders are processed, controlled, packed & shipped by the contractor to the COMPANY during each of the collections Colissimo which takes place every Monday, Wednesday & Friday afternoon around 03:00 PM. At the end, the COMPANY must provide to the USER the tracking number of delivery.
The COMPANY can not be held responsible for any delay or default in delivery resulting from disruptions beyond its control, such as: force majeure, snow fall, volcanic eruption, adverse weather conditions, fires, floods, social movements, earthquakes...
During the order process, The COMPANY will indicate to the USER the time and formulas shipping possible for the ITEMS ordered.
The approximate delivery time of the USER is stated informally below :
- AREA 1 = 1 to 2 working Days maximum
- AREA 2 = 2 to 4 working Days maximum
- ZONE 3 = 3 to 5 working Days maximum
- ZONE 4 = 4 to 6 working Days maximum
- ZONE 5 = 5 to 7 working Days
- ZONE 6 = 5 to 8 working Days maximum
- ZONE 7 = 6 to 8 working Days maximum
An email message will be automatically sent to the USER at the time of shipment of the ARTICLES, provided that the email address listed in the registration form is correct.

The DELIVERY charges are fixed at the time the USER chooses the carrier, at the end of the online order process, before confirming the order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the mode of delivery. The amount of such costs shall be payable by the USER in addition to the price of the ITEMS ordered. We recommend that you consolidate all your items in a single order.
Shipping charges include the costs of preparing and packaging as well as shipping costs.
The preparation fees are fixed, whereas shipping fees vary according to total weight of the parcel.
We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
In case of difficulties with an order or a delivery, please focus on a solution amicable, respectful, reasonable, and equitable.
It is stated that deliveries will be made within thirty (30) days maximum. Otherwise, the USER must give notice to the COMPANY to deliver within a reasonable time and in case of non delivery within this time period, it may terminate the contract. The COMPANY will refund, without undue delay after the receipt of the letter of termination, to the USER the total amount paid for the ITEMS, taxes and shipping included, using the same method of payment used by the USER to buy the ITEMS.
The return of the parcel not delivered to the sender is charged by the carrier to the COMPANY. We remind you therefore, that from the moment we send you the tracking number of your delivery, it is the responsibility of the USER to follow the delivery of the parcel and of any implement, by all the means at its disposal, to take possession of the package before it is returned to the COMPANY. In case of failure of delivery beyond our responsibility, the return you will be charged the same price as the first delivery with a penalty of twenty (20) percent (%). In case of cancellation of order due to a return parcel to the sender, the delivery costs and return will be charged and deducted from the amount of the order to repay. If you want to be delivered again you will have to pay us for the return + the new delivery.
The COMPANY is responsible up to the delivery of the ARTICLE to the USER. Any receipt of parcels against signature implies the acceptance without reservation of the delivery in good and due form. By accepting delivery of the parcel against signature, the USER acknowledges that the ITEMS delivered are in conformity with the order and they were delivered in a state similar to their description in the purchase ; therefore, in the absence of reservations to customary regulatory the USER expressly waives all further claims, including via PAYPAL. In the case where the USER has previously notified the carrier reserves regulatory use, it is recalled that the USER has a period of two (2) days to notify the damage or partial losses noted during the delivery.
